Par-Kan Company warrants its equipment to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, as indicated on Par-Kan Company’s original invoice.

During the warranty period, Par-Kan Company will, at its discretion and upon inspection by an authorized representative, replace any warranted part found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. All parts must be returned to our factory with transportation charges prepaid. This warranty is void if damage results from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, vandalism, fire, flood, acts of God, or improper installation.

If Par-Kan Company receives notice of such defects within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product. Warranties provided by other manufacturers may apply to parts purchased by Par-Kan Company. Par-Kan Company makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, regarding this product. Special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty are expressly excluded.
